The one freestyling...

Today me and the hiphopheads from both XS and BS went to watch a short film / documentary about hiphop freestyling. It was freaking awesome. It was inspiring and the message that it delivered was exactly what I think about music. Music has to be completely unpredictable. Its the artiste himself that defines his style. Most importantly, no matter how angry, sad or happy you are, keep it positive and write rhymes with you heart. You will be successful.

Throughout the whole movie I was thinking to myself, would a normal person understand the movie if they watched it? Would they understand what those african american were talking about? Would they understand hiphop? I do, and the movie changed my perception of music and the hiphop scene in Singapore. Thank you Imran and Anisah.

No matter where I am, I never forget about you. Love you!
