WHAT FreakyZ presents Family Affair, another show brought to you by 65 & Hope, showcasing 'families' that have been around in our local hiphop circuit. The first installment will see Da Fam who are currently working on the release of their anticipated compilation and also XS.1 who recently released their well-received compilation, 'School of X'scape Artiste'.
With special performances by Yun aka PD (WDC), Sleeq (BS) and The Rebel Scum (TRS) straight from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this is definitely an event not to be missed.
The show will be hosted by funnyman FreakyZ himself. So if you love hiphop or even local music then spread the word and show some love for our local talents.

Finally sales period at Ikea are over, so I dont expect crowd as much as this weekend for the next few weeks. Super crazy, I tell you. And i dont quite understand why people make such a big fuss about paying for plastic bags. Its just 5 cents each, plus its for charity. Jeebies!
I wanted to write a lot of things just now, but suddenly my mind went blank. Noise Singapore is closing. I have three upcoming shows. I have an Autobots sticker on my bike. Woo hoo! Well, simple pleasures of my life.
The wait is over!! After years of practicals, I finally got my ride last Tuesday. I was super excited when I was informed that I could collect it but at the same time worried about the colour of my bike. Haha! Niwae the colour is perfect and the machine works just as fine. I'm lovin' it!
Went to Poetry Slam last Tuesday and there wasn't much people. Evangeline was not there too, because she's already in New York. Humph! So jealous. By the way, I'm hosting the next poetry slam, so I hope friends will come to support. Dont make me paisey! hehe.. The theme of the slam is bad poems, so its not that hard to come down and slam either. More updates on it soon.
Thursday was Sentosa day with the boys. The weather was just nice that day, but now I dont know why i'm having sunburns. I really miss Tioman's clear blue water. Met Sab and Fidah after that, and Fidah's wound are healing real fast. Now she looks like, hmm.... Fidah again! Yeay! Except that one of her front tooth is missing. Still got the dimples though, so no worries. Brought Sab for a ride to Yishun dam, and she was really excited about it. I'll bring you to more places when we have time ok. I'll have to find out how to get to get there too kan...
Friday went to Esplanade, and BAYBEATS is giler baby dope!!! Nuff said.
Didnt quite like the event at Redbar on Saturday, but its all good because there was food. Couldnt catch Baybeats even for a single bit because the event finished so late. Had the usual half spring chicken and sheesha, chilled with the boys and then headed home.
My days are like moving so fast and there are so many things to do. I dont even have time to finish my Ratchet and Clank game. Niwae, I just hope I can finish everything I'm tasked with. I'm doing one more show in September, its called Family Affair and its on 1st September. More updates will be up soon, and please make yourself free.
