The one who looks like a girl...

Now I know why they say I look pretty, not handsome. I look like a butch in the picture. My pwetty eyes! Opps, hehe! I accompanied Sab on Monday to get her passport photo change. The freakin Immigration place was so pack. We had to wait like from number 7688 onwards, and our number was 8070. So that's like waiting for 382 people for their turns. Shitze! Then after that we walked to Bugis for a chicken rice dinner. Sab asked me, "How do you know we are walking on the right direction?" Hey its near Arab St, I can never get lost there right? Besides, I’m street smart. Hehe! Eksen sia! Dear, you should know the directions more than me k. ;)

I seriously can't wait for the IKEA near my place. I hope I'm still around Pasir Ris though cause my mom has thoughts of moving out. Now thinking of moving out makes me sad. I've stayed here for almost 11 years, but I do not have many friends nearby lah. But I like it here, the outside is more peaceful, than inside my own house. Haha! Seriously.

Went to Great World City just now (of all freakin cinemas) to watch X-Men III. Had a funny moment at a nasi padang store with Ali. Haha! Freakin expensive chicken. I'll tell you bout it when we meet k. Niwae X-Men was gerek giler baby! I expected more action or at least a hidden character though, but the movie was all good. If you stayed till the end of the credits, you will see a hidden ending. I think they might have a sequel again, but sources say this is the last one. Freakin director playing games with my heart. But I really hope they will make the Wolverine spin off, it would be freakin cool k. Oh btw, I saw the new trailer for Superman! I really can't wait for the movie. And Kate Bosworth's smile is so... *melting*

The one that makes me jump like a motherf*****

I'm alright now. Feeling much better than last few days. Probably the worst day was Wednesday, cause my temperature was the highest, and I couldn’t even walk out of my room. Just lie down on the my bed the whole day. Had to eat though to get back the energy. Thursday night Su and Imran dragged me out to Changi to have a worthy supper. Nasi lemak! Yummy... Never knew it could taste that delicious. Omelette would be better though, but hell, thanks Su. After that meal, I got my appetite back, and now I'm eating like a pig again. Yeay! But I can’t get fat still! Argghhh!

Didn’t wanna go out on the weekend, cause i was thinking of resting lah. Had Mc Spicy twice on Saturday morning. Ali came over for a movie marathon. Saturday night was freaking cold. My legs almost came out the next morning i woke up. Hehe! Ali treated to pizzas, and we went out to meet some friends later. Well, I had a good rest and a good time. How was your weekend? Now I feel like eating Tom Yam Chicken and steamed Seabass chinese style. Slurps! I eat a lot k, you don’t know!

Niwae if u can hear my blog, it’s playing Arctic Monkey, and i love this song. It makes me jump up and down and go in front of mirror acting like I’m screaming, but I’m just opening up my mouth. You get what I mean?

Thank you to all the well wishes! :)

The one having high fever...

My temperature was 39.5 and i have no idea how i got this sick. My eyes feel like popping out now. I can’t sleep and food is tasteless. Looks like I’m gonna lose weight again. I hate it when I’m sick.

Niwae Fila is gone. He left the house last 2 days ago, and in a few minutes only, he was gone. I miss him. I guess he took my mom's word so seriously. :(

The one who went north...

Sometimes there are things in life I wanna be the first person knowing every single detail of it. Its not that i'm kaypoh, but I just wanna know cause i hate being the last person to know bout something. Its sucks. Some people tend to keep things away from someone, and i admit, somethings are better left unsaid. But if you were to tell it to someone, make sure you can really trust that person. Just an advice. :)

Have you ever like watched a movie gazillion times and still laugh or cry with it? I don’t understand myself really. There are some movies that I can almost remember the whole script, but I still watch it like it’s the first time. Wish I could that with my relationships. Niwae, I have a thing for wacky animations, like Anamaniacs, Spongebob, etc... Cause they are like how my brain usually function, you see. And on top of that, having Imran, Salim, Su, Nad and the rest of the crew together, all of us have the same wittiness. Well, i'm the juniour one among them though. Went to Imran's crib on Thursday and had a DVD marathon with him, Su and Ali. We watched Down To Earth, which was damn funny, and Emperor's New Groove, which I've watched like so many times. But the jokes are still valid ok. Haha! I especially like the part where the big guy Kronk made his own movie theme during the attempt to murder the king. That was hilarious. Haha! If you haven’t watch it, you should.

Earlier that day, I had to go to Northland Secondary for a school to school program. Well, basically Beats Society & Music for Good gets invited to schools to talk bout making music, writing songs and performing live on stage. So this dude, Putra from Dual Flavaz, had to give a talk bout hiphop 101, and I had to come in later to talk bout stage presence. It was so damn fun. Well all I had to do was tell them bout what I do and what I do best. Haha! Niwae the students were so supportive and fun to be with. They even called me 'cher', short for a teacher. Cool k. Hehe! Well, I hope I get the chance to do it again. So fun!

Yesterday was Totally Booked's last show, and Imran who was sick didn’t want to host it. So I did lah. It was so super fun k. I mean, at first I was kinda like blur, but then my devil from Speakeasy came up to me, and I managed to make people laugh at the library. How cool is that? Haha! We only had three acts, and we had like two hours to do it. So I had to like fill up the time with a lot of talking, questions and lame jokes, but hell, I did it man. The acts were really good too. Honestly, I can’t wait for the next Speakeasy, and I can’t wait for it to move to Glass Hall. I hope it’s gonna be great *cross finger*. Then I’m gonna host the show my way and evolve it into one of the best local gigs ever. Hehe! Insyallah!

Remember when we young, when someone asked, what is your dream girl, guy and shit like that? Then we would list down a list of characteristics we want in that special someone. Well, if you were to ask me now, I would probably say, just someone I can click with and that’s all. And if a guy is funny, it does not mean he is nice. Take me for an example. :)

The one who cries while he laugh...

I lost a friend to an accident last two nights. His name is Faizal Omar. He was a good friend of mine back in Temasek Polytechnic's time and being part of the Mendaks Clan, he was always around to make the laughter more meaningful. He would laugh till he cries and smack anyone beside him. Usually, he’s the audience but occasionally, he would crack up some crazy jokes too. He does have a great sense of humour. He would spurt out whatever he’s drinking while laughing, and usually it would be bandung, cause that’s his favourite drink. I would say Faizal is a tough person, because there was once he fell down from our bicycle trip to Mount Faber, and the fall was pretty scary. But he lived, with a chip of his front teeth broken. I could still remember once we had a huge quarrel bout friendship and the two of us cried; well I cried first. But that was then, when we were silly. Faizal is a nice guy. There are so many memories about him, even though for the past 2 years we have not been meeting up. He will be missed by many, and of course by me. Oh Allah, please bless his soul, and have a spot for him in heaven.

I'm still in shocked bout his death. I mean, it’s like a total slap on the face telling me to wake up. What if it was my close friends? What if it was my love ones? Or what if it was me? Anyone can die anytime. So I guess we should all not waste our time in life, live life to its fullest and treasure the moments we have. I guess, the saying is true; love makes a woman out of a girl, loss makes a man of out a boy. This loss definitely made me realise a lot of things. And I hope that this would be the last time I get a message bout a friend’s death. I want all of my friends to grow old first. Sometimes I ponder, why does it take a sad occasion for everyone to meet up? So people, make plans with your friends, and meet up anytime you can.

There are some things in my life that I’ve always wanted to keep both side buttered, but I just cant. I hate the feeling I’m having now. I seriously don’t know what to do bout it. I don’t know if I even should give a damn bout it. I don’t want to be an ignorant person, who forgets people who have paved part of my life.

Niwae I’m doing fine by the way. Let’s backdate a little bit. I was on RIA, which was so bloody fun. Fiza O is so hot. Sigh… Hehe! Then I was on WKRZ with Greta, which was fun too. I went to the Zoo, with the Asone peeps. Nothing that happening at the zoo, but it sure brings back a lot of memories. And the freakin lion is still so freakin lazy. I met Sha, with a shy hi and bye. Hi Sha!!! Hehe! Oh, Speakeasy was freakin fun. We had some mariachis in the house, haha, and the dudes were crazy on the guitar. Then last week I performed with The Pinholes. Tat was off the hook, and The Pinholes are crazy bunch of performers. Totally burned me on the set. Haha! I was introduced to a lot of nice people at the gig too. And not forgetting, I met Wei Wei. Woo hoo! Tat was so fun! Ali should know why. Haha!

Thanks to all the people who tuned in to the radio, ands thanks for tagging. Sayang korang! Niwae Jack, I’m half Indian and half arab with no idea what clan I’m from. I like my nose though, thanks. Haha! :)
