Sumtimes i'm amazed by how sounds on my fruityloops could be. I did my own version of 'Easy Like Sunday Morning' and it turned out to be one of my nicest beat. Actually, it all started from Prickly Bush. I was listenin to the song and i asked Faith wat song was it, she told me the title, i downloaded it, it sounded like it could be fruitilize, and so i did it. Weeee!
My performance next Sunday, 31st July is cancelled. So u guys wont be seeing FreAkyZ in action very soon. But on 5 August, The Funkus might be performin at The Legends, Fort Canning. More news will be up soon, so do check back here.

The one wif the new babies...
Tis month is by far the fastest month i've ever had. Its like already 24 July, and i still cant believe it. Business at my videoezy store has progressed. Things are better now, cos we already hit the target. Yeah!!! But i dont know why some people are stress bout things they shouldnt even care. U need help dude.
I went to Liza's pit last week, and saw some of my old friends. Sam, my secondary school version of Ali, was there. He's changed abit. I mean he swears now, which is a good thing u noe. I mean he was always the goody goody type, too good infact until sumtimes its irritating. I think NS taught him how to be a m-a-n. Mean and nice. U gotta have balance of both. I dont think i'm always nice or always mean. I can be either one whenever i want to. But usually, its the people around me tat affects my mood. So u choose, skinny and mean or short and sweet. Oh btw, Sam's not afraid of girls touching him anymore. Cool eh. Btw OSP, pics are up. Sorry too long. *big hug*

I miss having a chalet overnite. I wanna organize one but i jus have no time to do it. I mean, i've been busy wif work, and stuff, i dont know when will i be free. Plus most of my friends are all working, so i dont know when they'll be free too. I miss those days when we're still at school. Those days when we use to lie to our parents bout school camps, but we're at chalet telling ghost stories. Those self-printed consent forms. Hehe... Those midnight walks looking for cheap thrills. Adulthood can be such a bore.

On the other hand, adulthood can be cool. I mean i'm 21, and tat means i can watch R21 movies. Sin City is R21 btw, so i dont think it will come out on DVD at my store. I havent got to watch it, but hopefully next week. I watched Birth a few days ago, and i think its a good drama thriller, and u should watch it if have a chance. I watched The Island yesterday, wif Dian, Lan, Su, Chad and Ama, and i think its a very smart movie. I mean things like tat could happen u noe, in the future. People would pay so much jus to have insurance to extend their life. Transplant and cloning are like a normal things now. Man have gone mad, and i think most of them wanna be God. Its scary u noe, but things like these could happen. Niwae back to the movie, the whole story is good. The action was superb, especially the car chase. Its one of the best since The Matrix Reloaded. Special effect was magnificent. The bad part was tat the freakin good guys dont get hurt tat much. I mean if u were to be drop from a 50+ storey high building, and fall down on rough rope net, u should prolly have a fractured hand or leg. But noooo! They only one cut on the forehead, and Scarlett's breast was everywhere. Then they had to put one negro there to say, 'Jesus must have love u guys!'. Irritating k. And ofcourse, like some movies, the ending is quite disappointing. I wanted to know wat happen to those clones of people walking around. How are they gonna live knowin tat their owner are rich bastards who looks exactly like them? Or the other way around? We'll find out in the next episode of crime watch... (ending music, credits roll up)

But its still a virgin, cos i havent installed much programs in it. Oh well, i got Fruity. On top of tat, i got the Creative Zen Neeon. Now i can play my fav mp3 without carrying a bag. Hehehe! Speaking of tat, u should download Clutch by Shea Seger. Its a very nice song. Mad props to Su Quxka for tellin me bout it. And also songs by Rachel Yamagata. Very nice songs, thanks to the other Su for tis one.
Today's gig is postponed to next Sunday. So on the 31st July, do come down to Jurong East Mrt Station, the open field beside it, at around 4pm like tat. I'll be performing as FreAkyZ. Do come down if u're free. I wanna go ice skating on tat day. Set!!! And then, next next week on 5 Aug, Friday, i'll be performin at The Legend, Fort Canning Park, along wif The Funkus. The one wif missed calls...
I didnt realise tat it was already mid-month. Time passes by so fast nowadays. Sometimes i dont even noe wat day it is until i do closing at work. Niwae work has been irritatingly sucky these few days. They are cutting down staff everyday, and now i have to work alone during closing. But its ok, its all good.
I'll be gettin my new PC today... Woo hoo! But my room is in a total mess. Alot of things, clothes, dvds and wires. I'm not at home most of the time, but i have no idea why its so messy. Have to do some room cleaning soon. I hate my freakin kitchen btw. Argggh! Oh well, cant wait for my new PC. Now can burn dvd. Whahahaha! I'm startin to be a dvd freak k. I dont know why.

Met my Oldskool friends again last few days. I missed them so much, and meetin them again was so fun. More laughs, more stories and more gossips. Hehe! Sometimes i think its better if i keep myself busy and then after awhile meet them again when i'm free. Plus it gives them time to miss me too... Hehe! But i hate them when they're holdin my camera.

Prickly Bush seems like a new hangout for me. Its so freakin cool, and the place gives me alot of ideas to write. But most of the times i feel shy to write when people is around. Cos i dont want them to think tat i'm feelin writer and all tat shit. Sumtimes ideas jus pop up the most when u least expect them to. Wat can i do rite, if u noe wat i mean. Niwae i've brought almost everyone i know to Prickly Bush, and most of them love it. I wish i have a transport to travel there every night. Hehe... Feelin house guest.

I have a show next week Sunday. I cant wait to perform, but i havent finish writing the new songs. I hope i'll do a good show jus like wif The Funkus last few weeks.
Feel like migratin suddenly. Maybe all i need is another holiday. I wanna take pictures around the world. I wanna take beautiful shots of people. I wanna learn bout photography. I wanna meet new people. I wanna make new friends. I wanna learn bout sound. I wanna have my own studio. I wanna produce music for people. If can, i wanna be like Clint Eastwood. I wanna act, direct, and produce soundtrack for my own movie. How cool can is tat. I wanna learn how to play a guitar and piano atleast before i'm 30. I wanna learn bout lot of things. I wanna do alot of things actually...

The one wif those massive headaches...
The pain is really killin me at times. Its like someone has a string on my brain, and whenever he/she likes to pull it, they'll jus pull it. And it freakin painful k. Its the same pain i was experiencin last year January, when the doctors found out i had a brain tumor. I'm jus scared its back. I hope its not.
How come alot of people dont believe me when i say i have a brain tumor? "Hehe... Seriously, why are u exempted from NS...?". Then i'll say, "I'm serious". After tat, they wont ask much. Its funny most of the time. Why the hell did i write a rhyme bout my tumor on a humorous song?
On top of tat, i have some irritating rashes. They appear and disappear anytime they want. I dont know why i have them. I wish my Nani was still around, cos she would put up those 'kemenyan' and smoked my whole freakin leg till those itchy rashes go away. Hehe... I miss her.
Ideas are up, but time is wat i need most now. I wish i have more time. But here's where sacrifices come.

I was on MC on Saturday, so i managed to go for our soundcheck on saturday. I felt paisey meetin Ida tat day, cos of wat happen last year. But she was so nice to me and also my band. Best k! The soundman was freakin nice too. He actually assisted us wif our soundcheck, and the sound system was madness k. At first there were a few problems wif the guitars, Hamzah had problem wif his bass, but he managed to get a new bass and it was all good. We had alot of hiccups on our set. Hehehe! Ali was the first one who made a mistake, but it was so funny and luckily none of the crowd probably realised it. I guess the guys were nervous, well i was nervous too k. I choked on one of the tracks, but luckily it was jus one line. Hehe! Shinobi and Bless made an impact on 'Like Tat Chall' and after tat it was all good. 'Same Women Again' is still the main song everybody love. I'm so proud k wif my band. So freakin happy.
Alot of people came. Some people whom i dont even expect they would come down to watch us. Thank you to all those people. We won 2nd place, and i'm very thankful for tat. B-Quartet was the main highlight to me for tat night. They are so freakin dope, professional and humble. I'm officially their fan now. Nuff said. Saturday was a wierd day, but in a good way.
Jus now we had one more show at Kembangan. At first i was upset cos of the slot time Funkus was goin to perform. We were part of the first few acts in the late afternoon. But to my surprise, the makcik and pakcik down there were so freakin supportive k. I dont know why but i gave 110% on stage and it turned out to be a great gig. I even had one cute young kid come up on stage to dance wif me. We did some crazy twist k. Hehe! Tat was funny and enjoyable. Every song we played was perfect. I must say, some gigs look boring, but its the performers who has to make the difference. One uncle even said he liked 'Same Women Again'. Best k! Feelin popular jap.
